On Campus Residents are required to have a meal plan.  As your seniority and classification grows, so do your meal plan options. 
All meal plans will automatically renew from one semester to the next according to the student's housing.  DB rolls over from the Fall to the Spring semester, however, unused DB from the Spring semester will not rollover.
